Returns & Refund Policy

• The items must be returned within 3 days, upon receipt of parcel.

• Only Items that have a Manufacturing fault are eligible for a refund, by a Store Credit. We’ll issue a store credit as a refund (If deemed faulty) within 5 Business Days of receiving the return.

• All faulty returns will be assessed individually, and must be returned unworn with Original swing tags attached, in new condition, does not have make-up marks, smell of perfume, or deodorant.

• We will provide you with a Store credit(via email) within 5 business days of receiving the          original item/s.
• Store Credit expires after 12 Months.
